摘要：目的 探讨层级管理在妇产科病房中的应用效果评价。方法 比较采用层级管理护理前后护理满意度和护理质量。结果 采用层级护理后，护理管理实施后，各项指标均优于实施前，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 层级管理护理用于妇产科病房管理中，可以提高护理工作效率、改善护理工作质量，增强护理人员的责任心，提高护理满意度。
