摘要：目的 研究白胡椒总生物碱对体外培养的肿瘤细胞株生长与集落形成的抑制影响。方法 白胡椒总生物碱用80%的乙醇进行索氏提取，再用大孔树脂进行纯化，用三氯甲烷萃取得到。采用四甲基噻唑蓝(MTT)法和细胞集落计数法检测生物碱对体外培养的SWWC116癌细胞、NCI-446癌细胞和Hela癌细胞的集落形成与生长的抑制作用。结果 白胡椒总生物碱显著抑制了SWWC116细胞和Hela细胞的集落形成和生长，抑制生长的IC50值分别为1.8mg/L和10mg/L，抑制集落形成的IC50值分别为0.3mg/L和0.9mg/L。而对NCI-446细胞的集落形成和生长无显著性抑制。结论 白胡椒生物碱对体外培养的两种癌细胞具有显著的抑制作用。

    Abstract：Objective To test the antitumor activity of alkaloids from white pepper on NCI-446， SWWC116， Hela tumor cells in vitro. Methods In vitro study on the pharmacological activity of alkaloids from white pepper were performed by using MTT assay and Colony-forming assay. Results The result showed that alkaloids from White pepper had inhibition activity against Hela and SWWC116 tumor cell etc. Conclusion Alkaloids from white pepper has antitumor activity.
