摘要：自体脂肪移植是一种良好的软组织填充手术，其应用范围广，操作简单，并发症少见。但应注意的是自体脂肪移植仍不可避免地会出现一些并发症，严重者甚至会致死，需引起足够重视。本文就自体脂肪移植并发症的成 因和预防策略进行分析。

    Abstract：Autologous fat transplantation is a good soft tissue filling operation. Its application range is wide because it is easy operation and rare complications. But we should be paid attention to is autologous fat transplantation is still inevitably complications. Some of complications are serious and even death.
