摘要：目的 观察老年患者静脉留置针穿刺部位与留置时间的关系，以减少穿刺次数，延长留置时间。方法 选择我院心血管内科年龄在60～95岁患者250例作为研究对象，分别在手背、头静脉、贵要静脉、肘正中静脉四个部位进行穿刺，观察穿刺部位与留置时间的关系。结果 头静脉与贵要静脉留置天数要多于手背静脉及肘正中静脉。结论 老年患者选择头静脉与贵要静脉穿刺，留置针的使用质量更高。
