摘要：目的 探索品管圈活动在手术室高值耗材收费管理中的效果和体会。方法 成立品管圈小组，分析出现手术室高值耗材收费错误的原因，制定高值耗材使用登记本和收费备忘本，完善收费管理制度。结果 开展QCC活动后，我科高值耗材参与管理人员和工作满足感和责任感。结论 QCC活动在手术室高值耗材收费管理中取得很好的效果，值得推广。
