摘要：目的 比较传统开放手术与微创手术方案治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的52例脊柱结核患者分为对照组(开放手术)与观察组(微创手术)，每组各26例。比较两组患者手术情况。结果 观察组各项指标均优于对照组。结论 该疗法能够有效缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间以及椎体骨愈合时间，减少术中出血量，降低复发率。
