摘要：目的 为加强培养医学生的临床思维能力，探索PBL(Problem-based Learning)方法在临床见习中应用效果。方法 应用PBL方法进行心内科的临床见习。结果 教师评估医学生的分析问题、解决问题、临床思维、临床技能等能力，医学生通过问卷调查对应用PBL方法教学见习进行评价，均获得良好效果。结论 PBL教学法在临床见习中的应用更有利于医学生临床思维能力的培养。
