摘要：目的 观察复发性卵巢癌调强放疗的疗效及安全性。方法 2012年4～9月我科收治的5例复发性卵巢癌患者，行全身化疗同时针对复发转移病灶行盆腹腔调强放疗，分析5例患者临床资料及近期疗效。结果 随访12个月，随访率100%；完全缓解1例，部分缓解3例，进展1例。5例患者均有Ⅰ或Ⅱ级胃肠道不良反应，Ⅱ或Ⅲ级骨髓抑制。及时有效的对症处理后不良反应均能缓解，患者均可耐受不良反应，完成放疗计划。结论 盆腹腔调强放疗对复发性卵巢癌具有较好的近期疗效，急性不良反应可耐受。
