摘要：目的 辛伐他汀对急性缺血性脑卒中疗效观察。方法 急性缺血性脑卒中治疗的56，将其分为两组进行治疗，对照组常规治疗治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用辛伐他汀药物治疗，对比两组治疗的效果。结果 观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，而不良反应的发生率，两组比较不具有统计学意义。结论 采用辛伐他汀药物在基础治疗的基础上对急性脑缺血性患者进行治疗，效果显著，值得推广。
