摘要：目的 探讨静脉营养袋在体外腹水浓缩回输中的作用，最大限度提高护理安全。方法 选取多种原因引起的难治性腹水患者35例采取静脉营养袋收集腹水在体外浓缩回输治疗为治疗组，以同期传统方法腹水透析浓缩腹腔环注治疗30 例为对照组，对比两组疗效。结果 两组不良反应及管路问题发生率，比较P<0.01，两组患者人均治疗次数，超滤量、机器报警数P<0.05，每次治疗时间P>0.05。结论 腹水在体外静脉营养袋透析浓缩回输治疗疗效确切，可推广。
