摘要：目的 对BiPAP无创通气的治疗效果进行讨论，以期对PICU的治疗提供帮助。方法 对27例患者进行BiPAP无创通气治疗后，对其临床资料、治疗前后临床检测结果和临床疗效进行分析。结果 BiPAP无创通气模式无论机械通气时间、住院时间、呼吸心率至正常时间均明显短于CPAP无创通气模式治疗。结论 BiPAP无创通气是一种较CPAP更为先进的通气模式，其可以作为一种治疗措施而加以推广。

    Abstract：Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of BiPAP noninvasive ventilation in order to help the treatment of PICU.Methods 27 cases of patients with BiPAP noninvasive ventilation treatment，the clinical data， before and after treatment of clinical test results and clinical efficacy were analyzed.Results BiPAP noninvasive ventilation mode was significantly shorter than that of CPAP noninvasive ventilation mode，regardless of mechanical ventilation time，hospital stay，and respiratory rate to normal time.Conclusion BiPAP noninvasive ventilation is a more advanced ventilation model than CPAP ......
