摘要：目的 分析肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能指标检验结果。方法 选取我院2015～2016年就诊的40例肝炎肝硬化患者，将其作为肝病组，另从同期来我院体检的健康人群中选取40例作为健康组。对比两组受检者的肝功能各指标水平，并观察肝病组不同Child-Pugh分级者的肝功能各指标水平。结果 肝病组肝功能相关指标与健康组有明显差异(P<0.05)。在肝病组中Child-Pugh不同分级患者肝功能指标水平也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 肝硬化肝炎患者的肝功能指标水平可准确的反映出肝脏的受损程度，对判断患者的病情进展和预后有重要价值。

    Abstract：Objective Analysis of hepatitis B liver function test.Methods 40 cases of liver cirrhosis in our hospital during 2015～2016 treatment，the liver disease group，the other from healthy people in our hospital physical examination in the same period 40 cases selected as healthy group.The levels of liver function in the two groups were compared and the levels of liver function in different Child-Pugh graders were observed.Results There was significant difference between the indexes of liver function of the group of liver disease and healthy group(P< 0.05).Child-Pugh in liver disease group in different grade of patients with liver function levels are significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis cirrhosis index levels in patients with liver function can accurately reflect the degree of liver damage ......
