2014~2016年眉山市彭山区碘盐检测结果分析(1)

     摘要:目的 調查眉山市彭山区居民合格碘盐食用情况,为加强碘缺乏病防治提供科学依据。方法 按照《四川省碘盐监测方案》 2014~2016年对全区东、南、西、北、中五个片区随机抽取一个乡或镇,再随机抽取4个村,每个村随机抽取15户居民食用盐,依照《制盐工业通用试验方法 碘的测定》(GB/T 13025.7-2012)中氧化还原滴定法和《食用盐》((GB 5461-2000))进行检测和结果判定。结果 2014~2016年910份盐样中检出14份不合格碘盐和4份非碘盐,碘盐覆盖率99.6%,碘盐合格率98.5%,非碘盐率0.44%,合格碘盐食用率98.0%,合格碘盐食用率有显著性差异(χ2=11.8,v=2,P<0.05),但东、南、西、北、中五片区区域分布无差异。结论 全区居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到全国消除碘缺乏病标准,合格碘盐食用率逐年下滑,应加强食用加碘盐宣传、强化市场监管和检测分析工作。

    Analysis of Iodine Salt in Pengshan District of Meishan City from 2014 to 2016

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the edible condition of iodized salt in residents of Pengshan District of Meishan City,and to provide scientific basis for strengthening iodine deficiency disorders.Methods According to the"Sichuan Province iodized salt monitoring program"2014~2016 to the East, south,west,north,and central,the five area were randomly selected from a township or town,and then randomly selected 4 villages,each village salt of 15 randomly selected households,in accordance with"the salt industry general test method of iodine"(GB/T 13025.7-2012)in the oxidation-reduction titration and"edible salt"(GB 5461-2000)to detect and determine the results.Results Among the 910 salt samples from 2014 to 2016,14 unqualified iodized salt and 4 non-iodized salt were detected.The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.6%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.5%,the non-iodized salt was 0.44%,the rate of qualified iodized salt was 98.0%,the rate of qualified iodized salt have significant difference(x2=11.8,v=2,P<0.05), but the east,south,west,north,central,no difference in the distribution of the five area.Conclusion The iodized salt coverage rate,the qualified rate of iodized salt,iodized salt reached the elimination of iodine deficiency in the standard,the rate of qualified iodized salt declined year by year, consumption of iodized salt should strengthen propaganda,strengthen market supervision and inspection of work.

    碘是人体必需的微量元素之一,人体中缺乏碘,不仅可能导致甲状腺肿大,还可能引起发育迟缓、生殖系统异常等现象[1]。食盐加碘是我国消除碘缺乏病长期、安全、有效、经济、方便的主导措施[2]。而长期、有效的碘盐监测是了解我区合格碘盐覆盖率的有效手段,也是评估碘缺乏病防治效果的参数之一,现将我区2014~2016年碘盐检测数据分析如下:

    1 资料与方法

    1.1一般资料 根据《四川省碘盐监测方案》的工作要求:每年对五个片区进行抽样,即:东、西、南、北、中片区,在各个片区随机抽取1个乡或镇;在每个乡或镇随机抽取4个村,;在每个村随机抽取15户居民,各采集一份食用盐。2014~2016年共采集910份样品进行检测分析。, 百拇医药(祝长滨)
