摘要：临床上常使用NPPV治疗COPD，而治疗的有效性与合理的护理监测密切相关，综述从治疗前、治疗期间、撤机后及并发症护理等方面进行讨论，旨在提高临床工作人员认识护理干预的必要性。

    Abstract：Clinical use of NPPV treatment of COPD，and the effectiveness of treatment and reasonable care monitoring is closely related to review from the treatment before，during treatment，after weaning and complications of care and other aspects of discussion，aimed at improving the need for clinical staff to understand nursing interventions.
