新疆喀什地区医护人员《儿童心肺复苏术》培训现状及调查分析(1)
摘要：目的 了解喀什地区十二县市综合及专科二级甲等医院医护人员对《儿童心肺复苏术》知识的认知、培训现状及培训需求，探讨培训的方法。方法 采用目的抽样的方法对喀什十二县市综合及专科二级甲等医院703名医护人员进行《儿童心肺复苏术》知识现状及培训需求的问卷调查。结果 703名医护人员参加过培训占14.50%、未参加过培训占到85.50%，希望通过观看视频结合示范来培训此项技能(84.10%)，在培训内容方面医护人员以下几个方面心肺复苏的流程59.00%，按压的深度45.70%，按压频率52.40%，按压的部位41.50%，按压的手法73.90%掌握不正确。结论 通过采取视频结合示范的培训方式，有利于医护人员对心肺复苏术的掌握，心肺复苏术作为一项基本的抢救技能，在新疆喀什地区各县市医院需要大力，以规范心肺复苏术操作技能，将对提高医护人员急救技能水平及抢救成功率起到不可忽略的作用。

Abstract：Objective To understand the knowledge，training status and training needs of "children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation" in health care workers in 12 districts and counties in Kashi District，and to explore the training methods.Methods The questionnaire survey method by purposive sampling of"children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation"knowledge status and training needs of twelve counties in Kashi comprehensive and specialized two hospitals and 703 medical personnel.Results 703 health care workers participated in the training accounted for 14.50%，did not participate in training accounted for 85.50%，hoping to watch video demonstration(84.10%)to train this skill，training content in the following aspects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation process 59.00%，press the depth of 45.70%，press the frequency of 52.40%，press the site 41.50%，press the way 73.90% master are not correct.Conclusion By means of the combination of video demonstration training，help medical staff to master of cardiopulmonary resuscitation，CPR as a basic rescue skills，vigorously to be in the hospital in Xinjiang area of Kashi，with the operation skills of CPR standard，will improve the skill level of emergency medical personnel and rescue the success rate can not be ignored.

目前心肺復苏成功率较低，即使在医院发生CA的患者CPR成功率亦不足70%，发达国家患者入院前现场CPR成功率为20%～60%，入院后抢救成功却康复出院者低于入院前的30%[1-2]。因此，CPR越来越引起人们的重视。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
采用目的抽样方法选取新疆喀什地区12县市14所医院的医护人员进行调查，遵循自愿原则。共发放问卷720份，收回703份，有效率为97.60%，其中专科医院及私营医院各1所、二级综合医院12所，医生261名、护士442名。
1.2方法
1.2.1调查工具 调查问卷内容包括50%人口学资料及其培训情况问卷。一般人口学资料包括性别、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称等。采用自制的《儿童心肺复苏术》培训现状及需求、对《儿童心肺复苏术》的认知情况等4个方面。, 百拇医药(许立智 王玉娟)
