口腔护理健康教育的社区应用价值分析(1)
摘要：目的 研究分析口腔护理健康教育的社区应用价值。方法 选取120例社区人员作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将纳入研究的对象分为观察组60例和对照组60例，对照组未给予口腔护理健康教育，观察组给予口腔护理健康教育干预，6个月后观察统计两组研究对象之间的口腔健康情况。结果 观察组研究对象口腔健康知识掌握优秀51例、优秀率98.30%，明显高于对照组研究对象的优秀38例、优秀率63.30%，两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组研究对象在给予口腔护理健康教育后，其龋齿发生率1.70%、牙周炎发生率3.30%、刷牙正确率95.00%，明显优于对照组研究对象的龋齿发生率11.70%、牙周炎发生率25.00%、刷牙正确率65.00%，两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔护理健康教育在社区群众的应用中具有较好效果，可以有效地改善社区群众的口腔健康情况，减少口腔疾病的发生率，具有较好的应用价值，值得进一步推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To study the community application value of oral nursing health education.Methods 120 subjects were selected as the subjects. According to the random number table，the subjects included in the study group were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group did not give oral nursing health education.The observation group was given oral nursing health education intervention，six months later，the oral health between the two groups was observed.Results The observation group study of oral health knowledge of the excellent 51 cases，excellent rate of 98.3%，significantly higher than the control group of the excellent 38 cases，excellent rate of 63.3%，two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The research object in the observation group given oral care after health education，the caries incidence was 1.7%，the incidence of periodontitis 3.3%，brushing the correct rate of 95.0%，significantly better than the control group study the caries incidence of 11.7%，25.0% incidence of periodontitis，brushing the correct rate of 65.0%，two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral nursing health education has a good effect in the application of community masses，can effectively improve the oral health of the community the masses，reduce incidence of oral diseases，it has good application value，worthy of further promotion.
