干化学法与尿沉渣联合用于尿常规检验的临床观察(1)

     摘要:目的 讨论研究联合干化学法与尿沉渣法共同用于尿常规检验的临床意义与影响。方法 选择我院接受治疗需行尿常规检验患者150例作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C三组各50例;分别进行干化学法检验、尿沉渣法检验及尿沉渣联合干化学法检验。比较三组患者检验结果及误诊率、漏诊率等指标,为尿常规的检测方法提供参考意见。结果 C组联合干化学检测与尿沉渣检测定量红细胞阳性率22.00%显著高于A、B两组且定量白细胞阳性率34.00%显著高于A、B两组(P<0.05);C组采用联合法其误诊率2.00%,漏诊率4.00%及错误率6.00%均显著低于A组12.00%,8.00%,20.00%及B组8.00%,10.00%,18.00%(P<0.05)。结论 应用干化学法与尿沉渣法均能对尿常规进行检验,两种方法联合应用有助于提高红细胞、白细胞检出率并降低临床误诊、漏诊概率,对提高检验准确率,更好地为临床提供准确科学的参考依据均具有重要意义。

    Clinical Observation of Dry Chemical Method Combined with Urinary Sediment in Urine Routine Test

    Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance and effect of combined dry chemical method and urinary sedimentation method in urine routine test.Methods In our hospital receiving treatment for urine routine test in 150 patients as the research object,randomly divided into A,B,C, three group with 50 cases in each group respectively;the dry chemical test,urine test and urine dry chemical method combined test.The test results of patients with the three groups and the rate of misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis rate index,which provides a reference for the detection of urine routine. Results In C group,the positive rate of red blood cell in combination with dry chemical detection and urine sediment test was 22.00%,significantly higher than that in A and B two groups,and the positive rate of quantitative leucocyte was 34.00%,significantly higher than that in A and B two groups(P<0.05);C group using the combined method of the misdiagnosis rate was 2.00%,the missed diagnosis rate of 4.00% and the error rate of 6.00% was significantly lower than that in group A was 12.00%,8.00%,20.00% and 8.00% in group B,10.00%,18.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dry chemistry method and urinary sediment were on routine urine test, the joint application of the two methods help to improve the red blood cell,white blood cell detection rate and reduce the misdiagnosis,misseed diagnosis probability,to improve the testing accuracy,is of great significance to better provide accurate scientific basis for the clinical.

    尿常规作为医学检验三大常规项目之一,可通过尿液沉渣中的有型成分及蛋白尿对早期肾脏疾病进行诊断;同时对部分全身性病变及身体其他脏器影响尿液改变的疾病如糖尿病、血液病等进行诊断也具有重要的参考价值[1]。目前临床对患者进行尿常规检验方法主要以干化学法与尿沉渣法为主,两种方法检测由于原理不同因此在检测结果方面也存在一定差异,通过将联合两种检验方式共同进行尿常规检测有助于提升数据的准确性且目前已在临床全面推广使用,效果显著。本研究为探讨干化学法联合尿沉渣法对尿常规检验的临床意义与价值,特选取150例需进行检验患者的临床资料进行分析,现報道如下。, http://www.100md.com(马兴丽)
