护理干预对老年便秘患者电子结肠镜检查肠道准备的影响效果研究(1)
摘要：目的 探讨护理干预对老年便秘患者电子结肠镜检查肠道准备的影响效果。方法 选取2014年2月～2016年10月我院收治的200例拟行电子结肠镜检查的老年便秘患者作为研究对象，采取随机数字表将其分成两组，每组100例。观察组在肠道准备过程中实施综合护理干预，对照组实施常规护理干预，比较两组肠道清洁效果以及结肠镜检查过程中不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组肠道清洁率为96.00%(96/100)，相对于对照组87.00%(87/100)显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组结肠镜检查过程中不良反应发生率为7.00%(7/100)，相对于对照组21.00%(21/100)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 在老年便秘患者电子结肠镜检查肠道准备过程中实施综合护理干预可有效增加肠道清洁度，减少不良反应。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Intestinal Preparation of Electron Colonoscopy in Elderly Patients with Constipation

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on intestinal preparation of elderly patients with constipation.Methods From February 2014 to October 2016，200 elderly patients with constipation were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.100 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of bowel preparation，and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The intestinal cleaning effect and adverse reactions during the colonoscopy were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group，intestinal cleaning rate was 96.00%(96/100)，compared with the control group 87.00%(87/100)increased significantly(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during colonoscopy was 7.00%(7/100)in the observation group，which was significantly lower than that in the control group 21.00%(21/100)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the intestinal cleanliness and reduce the adverse reaction in the process of intestinal colonization of elderly patients with constipation.

電子结肠镜检查是用于结肠疾病诊断的常用方法，而检查与治疗能否顺利完成以及检查结果是否准确可靠多取决于肠道准备情况[1-2]。老年便秘患者由于生理机能减退，肠道蠕动减缓，导致粪便滞留于肠道内时间延长，加之老年患者的机体耐受能力及心功能差，因此肠道准备常不充分。肠道清洁不彻底可致粪便遮蔽病变处，或使镜面污染，不利于内镜进镜及观察，导致检查失败或漏诊，而再次检查则会增加患者的痛苦[3-4]。大量研究证实，在结肠镜检查肠道准备过程中实施有效的护理干预有助于提高肠道准备质量，减轻患者的不适与焦虑感[5-6]。为保障老年便秘患者电子结肠镜检查的诊断与治疗效果，本研究对我院近年来收治的拟行电子结肠镜检查的老年便秘患者实施了综合护理干预，取得了显著效果，现报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
