早期护理干预联合中频脉冲电治疗在非危重脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用观察(1)

     摘要：目的 探讨早期护理干预联合中频脉冲电治疗在非危重脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用。方法 将92例非危重脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为实验组和对照组各46例，两组患者均行神经内科常规治疗，对照组行常规护理；实验组在常规治疗、护理基础上，入院首日即行早期积极制定个性化护理方案，并增加中频脉冲电治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表及肢体肌张力Ashworth评定量表。结果 治疗后，对照组、实验组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分的指标均有提高，而实验组指标提高更为显著(P<0.05)；患侧肢体肌张力治疗前后实验组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于非危重脑梗死偏瘫患者，入院首日即开始行早期正规个体化护理干预联合中频脉冲电治疗有助于促进肢体运动功能的恢复，值得临床借鉴并进一步深入探讨。

    Application of Early Nursing Intervention Combined with Intermediate Frequency Pulse Electrotherapy in Non Severe Cerebral Infarction Patients with Hemiplegia

    Abstract：Objective To explore the early nursing intervention combined with intermediate frequency electric pulse therapy in the critically ill hemiplegia of cerebral infarction patients.Methods 92 cases with non severe cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 46 cases，two patients were treated with conventional medical treatment，the control group received routine nursing care；the experimental group in the conventional treatment，nursing based on the first day of admission shall actively develop early individualized nursing care plan，and increase the frequency electric pulse treatment.Two groups were compared before and after treatment of Barthel index，Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale and limb muscle tension Ashworth scale.Results After treatment，the control group，the experimental group Barthel index，Fugl-Meyer score index were improved while the experimental group index was more significant(P<0.05)；patients with limb muscle tension before and after the treatment of the total efficiency of experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the critically ill patients with cerebral infarction，the first day of admission began early formal individualized nursing intervention combined with intermediate frequency electric pulse therapy is helpful to promote the restoration of motor function， which is worthy of reference and further study.

    近年來，脑梗死的发病率呈明显上升趋势，严重威胁人类特别是中老年人的健康，脑组织缺血缺氧使患者的运动功能受到严重损害，偏瘫是最主要的肢体运动功能障碍[1]。对非危重脑梗死偏瘫患者早期进行护理干预，早期开展康复治疗，能够最大限度地减少偏瘫的后遗症，提高患者的生活质量[2]。本研究旨在探讨入院首日即行早期护理干预联合中频脉冲电治疗在非危重脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用。, 百拇医药(卫超亚 赵慈瑾 诸晓芳)
