手指末节断指再植的临床效果观察(1)

     摘要：目的 对手指末节再植的临床效果进行比较分析。方法 以2016年1月～2017年1月本院收治的50例手指末节断指再植患者为研究对象，50例患者手指末节断指再植数量为53指。将这50例患者随机分成观察组和对照组两组，观察组26例患者(28指)，对照组24例(25指)，对观察组患者在显微镜下完成手术，对照组患者实施传统手术，手术结束后，对两组手术临床效果进行比较。结果 在观察组患者中，28指成功植活27指，1指坏死，手指末节断指再植成功率为96.40%；在对照组中，25指成功植活19指，6指坏死，手指末节断指再植成功率为76.00%，两组患者临床效果比较，差异较大，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在显微镜下进行手指末节断指再植手术成功率较高，能够促进患者手指功能的恢复，促进患者的健康，值得临床使用。

    Abstract：Objective The clinical effect of distal finger replantation were compared.Methods 50 cases of distal finger replantation patients in January 2016～2017 year in January in our hospital as the research object，the number of patients with 50 cases of finger replantation of severed finger for 53 fingers.These 50 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups，the observation group 26 patients(28 fingers)and the control group of 24 cases(25 fingers)，patients in the observation group completed the surgery under the microscope，patients in the control group underwent conventional surgery.After the operation was over，the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group，28 fingers successfully implanted 27 fingers，1 finger was necrotic，the success rate of finger replantation was 96.40%；in the control group，25 fingers successfully implanted 19 fingers，6 fingers necrosis，the success rate of replantation of severed fingers was 76.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The success rate of finger replantation of the distal part of the finger under the microscope is high，which can promote the recovery of the finger function of the patient and promote the patient's health，which is worth to be used clinically.

    手指末节断指是骨外科一种常见的疾病，对于人而言，手指断离会给人带来巨大的疼痛，影响到手指功能的發挥，严重影响到患者的健康生活[1]。针对手指断离，当前最好的方法就是断指再植手术治疗。在断指再植手术中，末节断指因解剖结构的特殊性，使得断指再植的过程中受到了一定的限制，而要想成功植活断指，就必须依靠科学的手术方法。近年来，显微镜在手指末节断指再植手术中得到了广泛的应用，为手指末节断指再植成功植活提供了技术保障，有效的提高了患者的生活质量[2]。本文就手指末节断指再植手术采用显微镜手术治疗的临床效果进行了相关的研究，现将相关研究内容作如下介绍。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1一般资料

    此次研究对象为本院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的50例手指末节断指再植患者，将这50例患者按照随机分配的原则，分成观察组(26例)和对照组(24例)两组。在观察组患者中，断指再植有28指，26例患者中男20例，女6例，男女比例为10：3，年龄23～59岁，平均年龄(41±1.3)岁，28个断指中，拇指14指，中指9指，小指5指；在对照组患者中，断指再植有25指，24例患者中男18例， 女6例为，男女比例为3：1，年龄24～56岁，平均年龄(40±0.8)岁，25个断指中，拇指4指，中指10指，小指5指、食指5指。就此次研究统计的资料来看，两组患者在年龄、性别等一般资料相比，差异不大，无统计学意义(P>0.05)。, http://www.100md.com(雷伟)
