摘 要：以选择性动脉灌注化疗为代表的辅助化疗是近几年新出现的化疗方法，虽然医学界对其治疗后患者的总体生存率、术后复发率还存在疑虑，但是却能够提高晚期肿瘤原发灶的RO切除率。本文分别从选择性动脉灌注进行原发灶化疗、选择性动脉灌注进行区域性淋巴化疗、肿瘤微环境与选择性动脉灌注化疗等方面深入探讨了选择性动脉灌注化疗在口腔癌治疗中的进展，具有一定的参考价值。
