血清胆红素水平、单核细胞数、红细胞分布宽度与冠状动脉病变程度的关系(1)

     摘 要:目的 探討血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、单核细胞数、红细胞分布宽度与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法 选取2016年3月~2017年1月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的247例拟诊冠心病(CHD)患者,检测外周血TBi L、DBi L、IBi L、Mon、RDW水平,依据冠状动脉造影结果采用Gensini积分法对拟诊冠心病患者进行分组,比较不同冠状动脉病变程度患者之间TBi L、DBi L、IBi L、Mon、RDW水平的差异。结果 冠状动脉病变组患者TBi L、DBi L、IBi L低于正常组,统计学意义显著(P<0.01),Mon、RDW高于正常组,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。冠状动脉病变组中,与冠状动脉轻度、中度病变患者相比,冠状动脉重度病变患者,血清TBi L、DBi L、IBi L水平最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Mon、RDW水平最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但中度病变组患者Mon、RDW与轻度病变组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血清胆红素、单核细胞数、RDW可作为CHD的危险因素,对预测CHD的发生及评估冠状动脉病变程度有重要参考价值。

    Relationship between Serum Bilirubin Level,Monocyte Count,Red Blood Cell Distribution Width and Severity of Coronary Artery Disease

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,monocyte number, erythrocyte distribution width and severity of coronary artery disease.Methods From March 2016 to January 2017,247 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)admitted in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College were selected,peripheral blood levels of TBi L,DBi L,IBi L,Mon,and RDW were measured and Gensini scores were used to classify patients with suspected coronary artery disease according to coronary angiographic results.Patients with different coronary artery disease were compared for TBi L and DBi L. Differences in IBi L,Mon,and RDW levels.Results The TBi L,DBi L and IBi L in the patients with coronary artery disease were significantly lower than those of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Mon and RDW were higher than those of the normal group,with significant difference(P<0.01).In the coronary artery disease group,the serum levels of TBi L,DBi L,and IBi L were the lowest in patients with severe coronary artery disease compared with those with mild or moderate coronary disease(P<0.05).The level of Mon and RDW was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in Mon,RDW and mild lesions in the moderate lesion group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Serum bilirubin,mononuclear cell number and RDW can be used as a risk factor for CHD,which is of important reference value for predicting the occurrence of CHD and assessing the degree of coronary artery disease., 百拇医药(王坤 张永春)
