铸瓷贴面和烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的效果比较(1)
摘 要：目的 对比铸瓷贴面和烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2017年9月于我院治疗的124例有活髓牙牙体缺损患者为主要研究对象，随机进行分组，对照组73例用钴铬烤瓷全冠修复，观察组51例用e-max铸瓷贴面修复，对两组患者满意度，并发症等对比分析。结果 观察组患者的美容满意度为96.08%，对照组患者的满意度为80.82%，两组差异对比，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组随访期间的并发症发生率为7.84%，对照组的并发症发生率为17.81%，两组差异对比，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔美容的修复治疗上，铸瓷贴面的修复效果优于烤瓷全冠，可有效提高牙齿的美观度，且并发症发生率低，长期治疗效果颇为理想。

Comparison of Effect of Casting Porcelain and Porcelain Crown in Oral Cosmetic Repair

Abstract：Objective To compare the effects of cast porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns in oral cosmetic repair.Methods From January 2013 to September 2017，124 patients with dental defects with living pulp were randomly divided into three groups：the control group(73 cases)were repaired with cobalt-chromium porcelain full crown，and the observation group(51 cases)was repaired with e-max cast porcelain veneer.To the two groups of patients satisfaction，complications and other comparative analysis.Results The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.08%，and that of the control group was 80.82%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The complication rate during the follow-up period in the observation group was 7.84%. The complication rate in the group was 17.81%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the restoration and treatment of oral aesthetics，the effect of casting porcelain veneers is better than that of ceramic porcelain crowns，which can effectively improve the appearance of teeth，and the incidence of complications is low.The long-term treatment effect is quite satisfactory.

随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对健康问题的重视程度不断提升，加上生活方式和生活习惯的改变，牙科口腔问题极为突出，活髓牙牙体缺损的临床发病率呈现明显的升高趋势，对患者的正常饮食和生活造成不同程度影响。目前，铸瓷贴面修复美容技术逐渐趋于成熟，与金属烤瓷全冠修复技术相比较，铸瓷贴面修复技术磨除的牙量更小，牙体组织的保存质量更高，且对牙周形成的潜在风险也相对较小[1]。建立在以往研究基础上，本文以于我院牙科接受治疗的124例患者为主要研究对象，对铸瓷贴面和烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的效果进行比较，具体如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 本研究选取2013年1月～2017年9月于广州市番禺区中心医院牙科接受治疗的124例有活髓牙牙体缺损(140颗牙)患者为本次研究对象，納入标准[2]：①参与本研究的两组患者均经X线检查，显示患者牙槽骨无吸收或吸收少于1/3；②两组患者入院时均表现出牙齿缺损、牙体变色，但患者的牙周健康，且牙齿无明显松动；③患者知情本次研究，签署知情同意书。排除标准[3]：①合并口腔科相关并发症；②其他脏器疾病。运用数字随机表达法进行分组，对照组73例(85颗牙)、观察组51例(65颗牙)。对照组男性36例，女性37例；年龄24～62岁，平均年龄(45.16±3.29)岁。观察组男性25例，女性26例；年龄25～63岁，平均年龄(45.31±3.38)岁。两组患者年龄、性别等基线资料对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(邵敏锋)
