丙烯酸树脂表面的不同方法对硅橡胶软衬的粘结效果的影响(1)

     摘 要:目的 研究丙烯酸树脂表面的不同处理方法与硅橡胶软衬抗剪切强度及三点弯曲强度的影响。方法 制作50 mm×10 mm×3 mm的树脂片60片,并随机分为三组每组20片。将各组树脂片的粘结面(10 mm×10 mm)分别进行如下处理,A组为无特殊处理组,B组为单体处理组,C组为低温等离子体处理组。每组的两个树脂片粘结面间衬以2 mm的软衬材料,制成抗剪切强度试件,进行抗剪切强度测试。另制作64 mm×10 mm×3.3 mm树脂片30个,随机分为三组每组10个,处理方法同上,測试三点弯曲强度。结果 低温等离子体处理丙烯酸树脂与硅橡胶软衬的粘结强度高于单体处理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对树脂的挠曲强度无影响,与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),单体处理组三点弯曲强度,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子体处理丙烯酸树脂比单体处理粘结强度提升的更高且不影响树脂的机械性能,为硅橡胶软衬的临床应用提供了更好的理论指导。

    Abstract:Objective To study the effects of different treatments on the surface of acrylic resin and the shear strength and three-point bending strength of silicone rubber soft liner.Methods 60 pieces of 50 mm×10 mm×3 mm resin tablets were made and randomly divided into three groups of 20 tablets each.The adhesive surfaces(10mm×10mm)of each group of resin sheets were treated as follows:Group A was a group without special treatment,Group B was a monomer treatment group,and Group C was a low-temperature plasma treatment group.The two resin sheets in each group were lined with 2 mm soft liner material to make the shear strength test piece and the shear strength test was carried out.Another 30 pieces 64 mm×10 mm×3.3 mm resin sheets were randomly divided into 3 groups and 10 pieces in each group.The treatment method was the same as above.The three point bending strength was tested.Results The adhesive strength of low-temperature plasma treatment acrylic resin and silicone rubber liner was higher than that of monomer treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and had no effect on the flexural strength of the resin.Compared with the control group,the difference was not Statistical significance(P>0.05),the three-point bending strength of the monomer treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-temperature plasma treatment of acrylic resin is higher than that of monomer treatment,and does not affect the mechanical properties of the resin.It provides a better theoretical guidance for the clinical application of silicone rubber soft liners.

    随着人口老龄化的发展趋势,中老年人缺失牙的现象已经非常普遍,热凝树脂制作的可摘和全口义齿仍是目前解决中老年人缺失牙的主要治疗手段,但所制作的义齿往往对牙槽脊条件不佳的患者固位和稳定的效果较差,对粘膜过薄、牙槽脊呈刃状、并有尖锐骨突等患者常产生压痛。因此,义齿衬垫技术可成为一种快速、简便、有效的处理方法[1]。软衬材料具有一定的弹性可以缓冲不良咬合力[2],衬于树脂基托后可减少或消除对牙槽脊所产生的压痛,并可利用倒凹,加强义齿基托的固位效果。但进行衬垫的硅橡胶类软衬材料在应用中常出现与基托结合不佳而剥离的现象,增强二者的结合是软衬材料在临床应用中的主要问题。目前对丙烯酸树脂表面处理认为比较有效的为化学试剂处理以及低温等离子体处理。因此,本实验采用此两种方法并在同一实验条件下综合比较能够增进树脂基托与硅橡胶软衬间的粘结力可靠方法,促进软衬材料的临床应用。, http://www.100md.com(贾丹丹 莫宏兵 张先国 于婷婷 王冬霞)
