H型高血压冠心病患者血清Hcy、β2MG及hs—CRP检测的意义(1)
摘 要：目的 探討H型高血压冠心病患者血清Hcy、β2MG及hs-CRP检测的意义。方法 选取我院在2015年6月～2017年5月诊治的58例H型高血压冠心病患者，定为研究组，选择同期来我院检查的正常人58例，定为对照组，对两组血清Hcy、β2MG及hs-CRP进行检测，分析两组之间存在的差异以及研究组不同类型患者血清Hcy、β2MG及hs-CRP水平。结果 研究组患者血清Hcy、β2MG、hs-CRP水平以及Gensini评分分别为(21.87±7.18)μmol/L、(6.75±1.45)mg/L、(6.76±1.44)mg/L和(53.45±22.46)分，高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组冠状动脉多支病变患者血清Hcy、β2MG、hs-CRP水平以及Gensini评分明显高于单支病变患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不稳定心绞痛患者血清Hcy、β2MG、hs-CRP水平以及Gensini评分明显高于稳定性心绞痛患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清Hcy、β2MG及hs-CRP水平与H型高血压冠心病患者的病变情况存在密切的关系，高血压冠心病患者的血清Hcy、β2MG及hs-CRP水平明显高于正常人群，多支病变以及不稳定心绞痛患者的血清Hcy、β2MG及hs-CRP水平偏高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the significance of detection of serum Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP in patients with H-type hypertension coronary heart disease.Methods 58 patients with H type hypertension coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected as study group and 58 normal subjects as control group.The serum levels of Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP were detected in two groups.The differences between the two groups and the serum levels of Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP in the study group were analyzed.Results The levels of serum Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP and Gensini score in the study group were (21.87±7.18)μmol/L、(6.75±1.45)mg/L、(6.76±1.44)mg/L and(53.45±22.46)，respectively，which were significantly higher than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group，the levels of serum Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP and Gensini score in patients with coronary artery disease were significantly higher than those in patients with single vessel disease，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)，and the levels of serum Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP and Gensini score in patients with unstable angina pectoris were significantly higher than those in patients with stable angina pectoris，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP are closely related to the pathological changes of patients with H type hypertension coronary heart disease.The serum levels of Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP in patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease are significantly higher than those in normal subjects.The serum levels of Hcy，β2MG and hs-CRP were higher in patients with multiple vessel disease and unstable angina pectoris.
