增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变前后段联合手术的疗效观察(1)
摘 要：目的 探析增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变前后段联合手术的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年10月～2017年4月在我院进行治疗的增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者90例，随机分为参照组和治疗组，每组45例。参照组给予单纯玻璃体切除术治疗，治疗组应用后三联手术治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后视力情况和并发症发生率。结果 经术前检测，两组患者视力情况相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；经治疗后，治疗组患者术后视力恢复情况优于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的并发症发生率为20.00%，低于参照组的42.22%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者行后三联手术(玻璃体切除术+超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合)治疗，术后并发症少，对促进视力的恢复具有一定的临床优势和可行性，推广应用价值较高。

Effect of Combined Anterior and Posterior Segment Surgery on Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined anterior and posterior segment surgery for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from October 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into reference group and treatment group，45 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with simple vitrectomy，and the treatment group was treated with triple surgery.The visual acuity and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After preoperative detection，there was no significant difference in the visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment，the visual acuity of the patients in the treatment group was better than that of the reference group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was 20.00%，which was lower than that in the reference group 42.22%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated with posterior triple surgery(phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation combined with vitrectomy)，which had less complications， and had certain clinical advantages and feasibility to promote the recovery of visual acuity.The value of popularization and application is high.

糖尿病性視网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy，DR)属于糖尿病最常见的严重眼部并发症之一，发病后降低了患者视力，也是成年人低视力和盲的主要原因，视网膜病变多以增生型为主，对其日常生活和工作均产生了较严重的影响，严重者甚至导致患者失明[1]。传统治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变主要采用玻璃体切除治疗，但对于严重的视网膜病变，可能会伴有白内障，为了保证手术视野的清晰度，需摘除晶状体治疗[2]。伴随着医疗科技的发展，前后段联合手术在临床上的应用越来越广泛，对视力的恢复效果较好。本研究选取2015年10月～2017年4月在我院进行治疗的增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者90例为研究对象，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(陈军锋)
