高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗后慢性尿毒症患者的指标分析(1)

     摘 要:目的 探讨高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年7月~2017年10月我院收治的慢性尿毒症患者55例为研究对象,按数字随机分为观察组27例和对照组28例,对照组给予常规血液透析,观察组给予高通量血液透析,对比两组治疗后β2-MG、Cer、Urea、KT/V各指标变化。结果 两组透析后β2-MG指标变化低于透析前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组透析后β2-MG指标变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组透析前后各项指标均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组透析后各项指标变化和对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组透析前后Cer、Urea等指标变化低于透析前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组透析后Cer、Urea和KT/V等指标和对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 将高通量透析用于慢性尿毒症患者的治疗中可以维持患者电解质平衡,促进患者身体恢复,改善患者症状。

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-flux hemodialysis and conventional hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic uremic patients.Methods A total of 55 patients with chronic uremia were selected from July 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group(27 cases)and control group(28 cases).The control group was given conventional hemodialysis and the observation group was given high-flux hemodialysis was performed to compare the changes of β2-MG,Cer,Urea,and KT/V after treatment in both groups.Results The change of β2-MG index after dialysis was lower than that before dialysis in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of β2-MG index in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of the two groups decreased before and after dialysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group after dialysis(P>0.05).The changes of Cer and Urea before and after dialysis were lower than those before dialysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the indicators of Cer,Urea and KT/V in the observation group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of high-flux dialysis in the treatment of chronic uremic patients can maintain the electrolyte balance of the patient,promote the recovery of the patient's body, and improve the patient's symptoms.

    血液透析是治療慢性尿毒症的常规治疗手段,主要是通过将患者的血液经血管通路引入透析机,在透析器中透过透析膜和透析液进行物质交换,最后将净化完成的血液回输至患者体内,达到排除废物、纠正电解质和酸碱絮乱的目的[1]。但常规的血液透析方式对患者的身体造成的损伤大,患者在治疗后很容易出现一些严重的并发症状,阻碍患者身体恢复。为提高临床治疗效果和改善患者的预后,本次研究在慢性尿毒症治疗应用高通血液透析,分析临床应用价值,现报告如下。, 百拇医药(辛敏平)
