腹针治疗周围性面瘫选穴规律研究(1)
摘 要：目的 研究腹针治疗周围性面瘫的选穴规律。方法 通过计算机及手工检索，选取近15年有关腹针治疗周围性面瘫的相关文献，以临床研究、疗效观察、现代对比实验研究为依据，进行分析归纳，探讨腹针的选穴规律。结果 腹针治疗周围性面瘫主要取任脉、肾经、胃经及脾经上的穴位及腹部新穴，使用频率依次为55.70%、15.44%、14.09%、2.68%、12.08%；腹针治疗周围性面瘫选用的标志性穴位组合规律：主要有引气归元、腹四关、天地针、调脾气，其使用频率依次为48.48%、27.27%、12.12%、12.12%。结论 合理运用腹针，遵循其选穴规律，可有效治疗周围性面瘫。

Study on the Law of Point Selection in Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis with Abdominal Acupuncture

Abstract：Objective To study the law of acupoint selection in treating peripheral facial paralysis with abdominal acupuncture.Methods The relevant literatures about abdominal acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis in recent 15 years were selected by computer and manual retrieval. Based on clinical study， curative effect observation and modern comparative experimental study， the selection of abdominal acupuncture points was analyzed and summed up， and the law of point selection of abdominal acupuncture was discussed.Results Abdominal acupuncture was used to treat peripheral facial paralysis mainly by taking any vein， the points on the kidney me-ridian， the stomach meridian and the spleen meridian and the new abdominal acupoints.The frequency of the treatment was as follows：55.70%，15.44%，14.09%，2.68%，12.08%.Abdominal acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis selected by the symbolic com-bination of acupoints law： mainly air entrapment， abdominal four customs， heaven and earth acupuncture， regulating temper，the freq-uency of its use is：48.48%，27.27%，12.12%，12.12%.Conclusion Using abdominal acupuncture reasonably and following the rule of acupoint selection can effectively treat peripheral facial paralysis.

周圍性面瘫(peripheral facial paralysis，PFP)相当于现代医学的特发性面神经麻痹(idiopathic facial nerve paralysis，IFNP)、面神经炎(facial neuritis)， 主要是茎乳孔内面神经非特异性炎症引起的面肌瘫痪，是常见的脑神经单神经病变之一[1]。PFP在国内的发病率为4.26‰，占神经系统病变的10%[2]，在国外的发病率为(11.5～53.3)/10万[3]。PFP在临床上根据患病时间分为急性期(1～7 d)、缓解期(8～29 d)及后遗症期(>29 d)[4]三期，其发病机制尚不明确，最新研究表明，可能多与病毒感染或炎性反应等有关[5] ，西医多采取非甾体消炎药联合皮质类固醇激素治疗PFP[6]，但往往会留下不同程度的后遗症。中医治疗PFP时，多采用针灸、中药口服等方法，但临床各家观点不一，未形成规范性的治疗方案。腹针疗法是薄智云教授以神阙经络系统理论为核心发明的一种新型针刺方法[7]。目前研究表明通过选取不同的腹部穴位，可有效的治疗三个时期不同程度的PFP[8]。故本文在查阅大量的文献研究基础上，探讨腹针治疗PFP的选穴规律，为临床应用提供参考。, http://www.100md.com(王岑 李永平 洒玉萍)
