妊娠期高血压患者内脂素、网膜素在胎盘组织中的表达及意义(1)
摘要：目的 探讨内脂素和网膜素在HDCP患者胎盘的表达情况及胎盘异质性对其表达的影响。方法 以昆明医科大学第一附属医院2015年7月～2016年7月产科住院分娩的53例合并妊娠期高血压HDCP产妇作为研究对象，根据病情轻重分为GH组、MPE组、SPE组，统称HDCP组，另选正常妊娠晚期妇女53例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组不同部位、不同层次胎盘组织中内脂素、网膜素含量并进行比较。结果 ①HDCP组胎盘组织中表达的内脂素(177.79±156.43)pg/ml高于对照组(116.89±99.63)pg/ml，统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。②对照组和GH组胎盘网膜素水平分别为(393.69±223.35)ng/L、(389.55±272.14)ng/L，高于MPE组(323.58±180.33)ng/L及SPE组(242.91±202.64)ng/L， MPE组胎盘网膜素水平(323.58±180.33)ng/L高于SPE组(242.91±202.64)ng/L，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③胎盘组织中内脂素和网膜素的表达无相关关系。结论 HDCP患者胎盘组织中内脂素表达水平显著升高而网膜素表达水平显著降低，其可能与HDCP发生、发展相关;胎盘异质性对内脂素和网膜素的表达存在影响。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression of visfatin and retinal in placenta of HDCP patients and the effect of placental heterogeneity on its expression. Methods From the first affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University， from July 2015 to July 2016， 53 patients with gestational hypertension with HDCP were enrolled in the study. According to the severity of the disease， they were divided into GH group， MPE group and SPE group.Collectively referred to as the HDCP group， 53 women with normal late pregnancy were selected as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect and compare visfatin and retinal content in placenta of different sites and different levels. Results ①The visfatin (177.79±156.43) pg/ml expressed in the placenta of HDCP group was higher than that of the control group (116.89±99.63) pg/ml， which was statistically significant (P<0.01). ②The levels of placental reticulum in the control group and GH group were (393.69±223.35) ng/L， (389.55±272.14) ng/L， higher than the MPE group (323.58±180.33) ng/L and the SPE group (242.91±202.64)ng/L，The level of placental reticulum in the MPE group (323.58±180.33) ng/L was higher than that in the SPE group (242.91±202.64) ng/L，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③There was no correlation between the expression of visfatin and retinal in the placental tissues. Conclusion The expression of visfatin in placenta of patients with HDCP is significantly increased and the expression of retinal is significantly decreased， which may be related to the occurrence and development of HDCP.
