延续护理模式对角膜屈光术后用药依从性的研究(1)
摘要：目的 探讨延续护理模式对角膜屈光手术患者术后用药依从性的影响。方法 选择在陆军军医大学第三附属医院眼科行角膜屈光不正矫正手术患者90例(180眼)，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组45例(90眼)患者。对照组采用常规护理模式，实验组在对照组的基础上采用延续护理模式进行术后用药护理干预，比较两组患者角膜屈光术后用药依从性、用药知识知晓率及护理满意度。结果 实验组患者用药依从性、用药知识知晓率、护理满意度分别为91.10%、93.70%、95.60%，均高于对照组的75.60%、73.30%、80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对角膜屈光术后用药患者给予延续护理，可明显提高角膜屈光手术患者用药依从性、知晓率与满意度。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing mode on postoperative medication compliance in patients with corneal refractive surgery. Methods 90 patients (180 eyes) with corneal refractive error correction surgery were selected from the Department of Ophthalmology，the Third Affiliated Hospital of the Army Military Medical University. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 45 patients (90 eyes) in each group. The control group used the routine nursing mode. The experimental group used the continuous nursing mode to carry out postoperative medication nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The medication compliance， medication knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after corneal refractive surgery were compared. Results In the experimental group， medication compliance， medication knowledge awareness， and nursing satisfaction were 91.10%， 93.70%， and 95.60%， respectively， which were higher than 75.60%， 73.30%， and 80.00% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing care for patients after corneal refractive surgery can significantly improve medication compliance， awareness and satisfaction in patients with corneal refractive surgery.

近年來，角膜屈光矫正手术有了突破性进展，其安全性、有效性及可预测性也都有极大提高，在手术技巧及设备不断提高的情况下，规范用药成为屈光手术安全性的主要因素之一[1]。该手术多在门诊集中进行，因而导致术后患者用药缺乏监管与指导，局部用药依从性差，而用药依从性则直接影响疗效、用药评价及决策。目前，如何增加院外局部用药的依从性，安全有效用药，正逐渐引起学者的关注[2]。延续护理是指通过一系列护理活动确保患者在不同健康照顾场所之间转移或不同层次健康照顾机构之间转移时所接受的健康服务，具有协调性和连续性[3]。延续护理在中国大陆地区的发展尚处于起步阶段[4]。随着新医改的深入，如何将延续护理模式应用于角膜屈光手术后患者是目前社区护理发展的形势。本研究根据患者需求，对角膜屈光手术后用药患者实施延续护理，并对依从性及效果进行评估，取得良好效果，现将其报道如下。, 百拇医药(傅小毅)
