中西医结合治疗急性前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效(1)
摘要：目的 探究中西醫结合治疗急性前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效。方法 选择2016年1月～2018年12月我院收治的急性前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者(阳气亏虚型)72例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在此基础上加用参附注射液治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、中医证候积分变化情况以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为97.22%，高于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胸痛证候积分(1.36±0.53)分、气短(1.10±0.64)分、畏寒肢冷(0.89±0.51)分、下肢浮肿(0.74±0.44)分，均少于对照组的(2.89±1.04)分、(2.13±0.96)分、(1.85±0.67)分、(1.47±0.49)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗急性前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死效果显著，能够快速缓解急性心梗症状，且临床安全性高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute anterior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 72 patients with acute anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (yang deficiency type) were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 36 cases each. The group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Shenfu injection. The total effective rate， TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%， which was higher than that of the control group 83.33%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had the score of chest pain syndrome (1.36±0.53) and shortness of breath(1.10±0.64)，chills and limbs cold (0.89 ± 0.51)，lower limb edema (0.74± 0.44)， were less than the control group (2.89±1.04)， (2.13±0.96)，(1.85±0.67)，(1.47±0.49)， the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a significant effect on acute anterior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction， which can quickly relieve acute myocardial infarction symptoms and has high clinical safety.
