     摘要：医疗体制改革步伐在新形势下不断加快，激烈的市场竞争促使医院联合抱团发展，医院财务管理出现新的问题面临新的挑战。在多个核算单元并存的情况下，医院需要了解财务管理现状、明确财务管理定位、知晓存在问题、提出改进措施，适应医院精益管理需求下的财务管理水平提升。
