摘要：随着我国民众生活质量水平的提升，肥胖症发生人数也呈现出了逐年上升的趋势。当前其已经成为了全国性流行病之一。本文对于不同人群肥胖者运动处方进行总结分析，旨意为相关人员的科研工作提供参考。
