盐酸氨溴索联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗幼儿分泌性中耳炎的临床效果(1)
摘要：目的 觀察盐酸氨溴索联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗幼儿分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法 选取2015年3月～2017年9月我院诊治的分泌性中耳炎患者120例(170耳)，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组60例(90耳)与对照组60例(80耳)。对照组口服盐酸氨溴索，治疗组在对照组基础上加用通窍鼻炎颗粒，比较两组治疗前后咽鼓管功能正常占比、临床疗效及不良反应率。结果治疗后，治疗组咽鼓管功能正常占比为72.22%，高于对照组53.75%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为81.11%，高于对照组的62.50%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应总发生率为8.33%，高于对照组的6.67%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸氨溴索联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗幼儿分泌性中耳炎，可促进咽鼓管功能恢复正常，临床疗效确切，且无明显不良反应发生，安全有效。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Tongqiao rhinitis granules in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.Methods A total of 120 patients (170 ears) with secretory otitis media diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled. The normal proportion of eustachian tube function， clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment， the normal proportion of eustachian tube function in the treatment group was 72.22%， which was higher than that in the control group 53.75%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.11%， higher than that of 62.50% in control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8.33%， which was higher than that of 6.67% in the control group， but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Tongqiao rhinitis granules in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children can promote the recovery of eustachian tube function， and the clinical curative effect is clear， and no obvious adverse reactions occur， which is safe and effective., 百拇医药(陶雪莹 岑超 何俐莹)
