喉鳞癌组织中CBLL1蛋白表达变化及意义(1)

     摘要:目的 分析喉鱗状细胞癌组织中E3泛素连接酶CBLL1的表达及其临床意义。方法 选取2017年9月~2019年7月我院60例喉鳞状细胞癌石蜡组织切片及对应30例癌旁石蜡组织切片,采用免疫荧光法检测喉癌组织及癌旁组织中CBLL1蛋白的表达,比较喉癌组织和癌旁组织、不同性别、年龄、临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织分化程度及肿瘤分型患者中CBLL1蛋白的表达;另选取10例冰冻喉癌组织及对应癌旁组织,应用实时定量PCR方法检测CBLL1蛋白中mRNA的表达。结果 喉癌组织中CBLL1的表达高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、性别、肿瘤分型及组织分化程度的患者喉癌组织中CBLL1蛋白表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同临床分期、淋巴结转移的患者喉癌组织中CBLL1蛋白表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌组织中CBLL1蛋白mRNA的相对表达量高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 喉癌组织中CBLL1蛋白表达异常与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展、侵润及转移密切相关,其可能作为喉癌未来治疗的新靶点。

    Abstract:Objective To analyze the expression of E3 ubiquitin ligase CBLL1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods From September 2017 to July 2019, 60 paraffin sections of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in our hospital and 30 paraffin sections adjacent to cancer were selected to detect the expression of CBLL1 protein in laryngeal cancer tissue and adjacent tissues by immunofluorescence. Compare the expression of CBLL1 protein in laryngeal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, different genders, ages, clinical stages, lymph node metastasis, tissue differentiation, and tumor typing; another 10 frozen throat tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were selected and applied in real time quantitative PCR was used to detect mRNA expression in CBLL1 protein.Results The expression of CBLL1 in laryngeal cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison of CBLL1 protein expression in laryngeal cancer tissues of patients with different age, gender, tumor classification and degree of tissue differentiation, there was no significant difference (P>0.05); The expression of CBLL1 protein in laryngeal cancer tissues of patients with different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant (P<0.05); the relative expression of CBLL1 protein mRNA in laryngeal cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of CBLL1 protein in laryngeal cancer tissues is closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, which may be a new target for the future treatment of laryngeal cancer., http://www.100md.com(侯思哲 王雪峰)
