摘要：建立一套符合公立医院行业特点、科学合理的薪酬制度是当前医改工作亟需解决的难题之一，本文对我国当前公立医院医务人员薪酬制度现状进行分析，采取政策分析、文献综述等方法，并结合临沂市人民医院绩效工资改革实践，提出建立基于DRGs、RBRVS等先进管理理论的综合绩效工资分配办法，以期为我国公立医院绩效工资分配方法改革提供参考。
