摘要：云胶片是基于移动互联网和云存储支撑的一种新的医学影像服务。本文主要介绍某中心医院云胶片的试行效果，提出利用互联网技术在区域内建立云胶片平台，整合区域内医疗资源，将二三级医疗机构的优质资源下沉到基层医疗机构。实现区域内放射检查信息共享，避免重复检查，节省医疗费用，满足人民群众多元化健康服务需求。
