我国分娩体验的文献计量学分析(1)
摘要：目的 分析我国分娩体验的研究现状和发展趋势。方法 通过中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WANFANG DATA)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)中检索关于建库至2020年国内分娩体验的文献，运用NoteExpress软件中的文件夹信息统计功能，对作者人数、作者单位、文献发表年份、第一作者所在地区、发表期刊、文献关键词进行统计，并形成高频关键词共线图谱。结果 共582篇分娩体验相关文献，文献发文量呈逐年增长，但中、西、东部地区分布不均匀;发布在226种期刊上，其中《医学信息》和《中国妇幼保健》为发文量最多的期刊;第一作者来源地区分布中东部地区的作者发文量最多，第一作者所在单位发文量最多的单位为首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院;有68篇基金资助，发文4篇以上的作者5名，纳入文献的合作度为2.06，合著率为47.08%;高频关键词分别为分娩、产妇、初产妇、自然分娩、护理;文献研究类型主要为随机对照试验161篇(27.66%)其次是调查研究144篇(24.75%)。结论 分娩体验的相关研究尚处于发展阶段，核心作者群尚未建立，研究的深度和广度不足，需加强高质量科研文献的产出。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of childbirth experience in my country.Methods Through the Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI)， China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP)， Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (WANFANG DATA)， and China Biomedical Literature Database (SinoMed) to search for documents on domestic delivery experience from the establishment of the database to 2020，used the folder information statistics function in NoteExpress software to count the number of authors， author units， publication year of the document， the area of the first author， published journals， and document keywords， and form a high-frequency keyword collinear map.Results A total of 582 articles related to childbirth experience. The amount of articles published had been increasing year by year， but the distribution in the central， western and eastern regions is uneven; published in 226 journals， of which "Medical Information" and "China Maternal and Child Health" were the most published journals ; The first author's source area was located in the central and eastern regions with the largest amount of articles published by the first author's unit， the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University; 68 articles were funded and 5 authors had published more than 4 articles.The degree of cooperation included in the literature was 2.06， and the co-authoring rate was 47.08%; the high-frequency keywords were childbirth， parturient， primipara， natural childbirth， nursing; the type of literature research mainly included 161 randomized controlled trials (27.66%) followed by 144 surveys (24.75%).Conclusion The research on childbirth experience was still in the development stage， the core author group had not yet been established， the depth and breadth of the research were insufficient， and the output of high-quality scientific research literature needed to be strengthened., http://www.100md.com(泮梦霞 聂蓉)
