XT-4000i血细胞分析仪在脑脊液白细胞计数及分类计数中的应用(4)
通过本实验证实了用SYSMEX XT-4000i血細胞分析仪的体液模式行脑脊液的白细胞计数及分类计数代替人工镜检是可行的，人工镜检会因操作人员不同，水平不同，致结果重复性差，仪器法由于高灵敏性和较好的重复性弥补了人工镜检的缺陷。脑脊液的仪器法检测是高效、准确、稳定的检测方法。
