    Abstract：Obealoflesestroealfucorogosasihotal f61patientswilooddtadioupifrogustgsdsate dividedintooodeatigrou(3doubableetdTtrolopsratedioetal cholecysteodioasaditoicealidest indexesotildod) recurenceratewereomparedbetwenthetwogroupsResultsComparedwiththecontrolgroup，theperationtime，firstexhausttieand hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter，and the intraoperative blood loss was less( Plt;0 . 0 5 ) .After surgery，thelevels ofMTLand GASinhetwogoupswereloertanthoseeforesurgeryutcompareitheontrolgoup，thelevelsofandGASintebseatiogoup were higher ( Plt; O.05).Comparedwiththecontrolgroup，ETandCorintheobservationgroup werelower，andSODwas higheraftersurgery( Plt; (0.05). Compared with 1 6 . 6 7 % of the control group，the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower( 6 . 4 5 % )( Plt;0 . 0 5 ) .After5months of follow-up，there wasnosignificantdiferenceintherecurrenceratebetweentheobservationgroupandthecontrol group( Pgt;0 . 0 5 ) . Conclusion Cholecystectomynotentoatotiostoperatiefirsteusttiespitalatioiucetrapeatieblodlouce stresespoeslittstroeuiitaeeossaoic clinical application. ......
