     Abstract: L Objective] This research aimed to study the relationship between TB immunity and silicosis incidence by com-paring incidence of pulmonary tubemulosis and silicosis in populations with and without TB immunity. The reaction time wesalso studied in those populations after exposure to sislica dust. [Methods] According to chest radiogram the subjects weredivided into a silicosis group or the control group. The sex, age and working area were matched for both groups. The sputumanalysis by acid-fast staining, poiymerese chain reaction and sputum culture were used to confirm the diagnosis of pulmonarytuberculosis(TB) . The reaction of tubemulin skin test of the workers without TB disease wes used to reveal the an-ti-tubemulosis immunity status. [Results] The odd ratio of TB immunity of control group to silicosis case group was 25.7.The difference wes significant between two groups ( P
