【摘要】目的：分析B-lynch缝合术结合卡前列素氨丁三醇用于剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力治疗的临床效果。方法：选取本院2011年7月～2014年7月收治的行剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力的患者100例，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，分别采用卡前列素氨丁三醇、B-lynch缝合术结合卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：对比两组术中出血量情况，差异有统计学意义；对比两组产后2h出血量，差异无统计学意义。结论：B-lynch缝合术结合卡前列素氨丁三醇用于剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力治疗，疗效显著，有临床推广价值。
