【摘要】目的：通过了解肿瘤化疗药物应用中的不良反应及影响因素，为患者选取合适的化疗方案。方法：对我院2011年1月至2012年12月收治的90例肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析，统计患者临床资料中肿瘤化疗药物的应用及其不良反应。结果：肿瘤化疗药物应用中不良反应最常见的是消化系统，且不良反应主要有恶心、纳差、腹泻、脱发、手足综合症等，不同化疗药物引起不同的不良反应。结论：肿瘤化疗药物应用引发不良反应概率高，且毒副作用大，在了解化疗药物应用中不良反应的基础上，为患者制定合适的化疗方案，减少不良反应。
