【摘要】目的：探讨整理护理对口腔颌面部创伤患者的作用。方法：对2011年—2013年期间我院收治的58例口腔颌面部手术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。口腔颌面经过手术后容易造成舌及口腔颈部组织出现水肿现象，且舌头的活动能力会逐渐降低，使得咽后壁的缝隙变得越来越狭窄，导致呼吸道梗阻病症的发生。因此，在对待进行口腔颌面手术后的患者时，术后护理极为重要。结果：对患者进行术后护理能够最大程度的使术后并发症得到有效降低，同时还使得口腔颌面部手术的治疗率得到一定幅度的提高，值得临床推广。随着医疗技术的不断发展，更需要对危重、疑难患者进行细致的病情监测，治疗过程中也需要高水平、高护理的特殊医疗环境。结论：对口腔颌面部创伤患者术后的良好护理，可减轻患者的焦虑心理，减少并发症的发生。
