【摘要】目的：探讨奥沙利铂治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的护理效果。方法：选取我院从2014年1月到2015年4月所收治的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者43例，应用奥沙利铂治疗，同时，给予相关护理干预。结果：本组患者均顺利完成治疗，其部分缓解患者20例，稳定患者15例，进展患者8例，总有效率达46.5%。结论：胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者在应用澳莎利治疗的同时，配合护理干预，可减轻毒性反应，保障化疗顺利进行，值得推荐应用。
