【摘要】目的：对10岁以下儿童进行外周血染色体检查。方法： 外周血染色体培养，细胞收获制片及G显带核型分析。结果：155例受检者检出染色体异常61例，异常率39.35%。其中21三体综合征者54例，其他异常占7例。结论：受检者染色体异常率较高，因此，开展和普及产前筛查与诊断工作极为重要。
