摘要：代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome，MS)代谢综合征与糖皮质激素增症有许多相似的病理改变，研究代谢综合征各组分与糖皮质激素之间的相关性，探讨代谢综合征的病因和发病机制。

    Abstract： The clinical manifestations of the metabolic syndrome consist of impaired glucose tolerance， hypertriglyceridemia， low high-density lipoprotein， hyperlipidemia， hypertension， centricity obesity， etc. The cause and pathogenesis of MS are not yet fully elucidated. Metabolic syndrome and Cushing's syndrome have many similarities in pathological changes. Thus， to explore the relationship between metabolic syndrome and glucocorticoid could help to find out the cause and pathogenesis of the metabolic syndrome.
