摘要：本文通过探讨参麦注射液不良反应的规律及特点，进而得出结论：参麦注射液不良反应的发生与性别、年龄无关；临床表现以过敏反应最多见；不良反应以首用即发型和速发型为主。因此，临床医师、药师应重视参麦注射液的不良反应，坚持合理用药。
