摘要：目的 降低出生缺陷发生风险，提高出生人口素质。方法 为217对计划怀孕夫妇做了免费的孕前优生健康检查。结果 约有2/3的人有怀孕高风险因素。结论 因健康和环境因素使怀孕高风险因素增加，所以，做好孕前优生健康检查是预防出生缺陷的关键环节，是出生缺陷一级干预的重要手段。
