摘要：目的 探讨导乐陪伴分娩的临床效果。方法 对我院2011年6月～2013年6月期间，选择400例初产、单胎头位孕妇行导乐陪伴分娩研究组；传统产房服务模式分娩的400例为对照组，对两组孕妇的分娩方式及分娩结局进行分析。结果 导乐陪伴分娩研究组：剖宫产率低，产程时间短，新生儿窒息率低，产后出血低，减轻了疼痛，满意度高。结论 导乐陪伴分娩是以产妇为中心的服务模式，能有效地降低剖宫产率，大大提高了产房服务质量，促进母婴健康，值得在产科领域全面推广。
